About three or four weeks after I was born
my mom was gone.
She didn't die,
she never left,
she was just
gone.
My father was a junkie/alcoholic for as long
as I can remember.
Every night there was a different
cheap perfume
that walked through the kitchen
to the bedroom
at around 12:30 a.m.
and from the bedroom
through the kitchen
around 3:30 a.m.
If ever I happened to walk
through the house
to get a glass of water
during these hours,
I would be spanked until the
tears
poured from my eyes
and the
piss
leaked through my pants and
down my leg
to the floor.
I would then have to clean it up,

I once had a lot of things.
I had fame.
I had fortune.
Hell, I even had a Porsche.
That I never drove.
But I'm getting ahead of myself.
Let's try this again.
Imagine a woman getting ready for a party.
Picture her zipping the back of a delicate black evening gown,
as seductive as the false elegance
she works so hard to portray.
Now imagine her picking out earrings,
spraying on perfume,
and pushing her breasts together to coax out more cleavage.
Imagine a bottle of cheap champagne,
chilling in an ice display
in a sterile fluorescent green corner store
as it's snatched by a hand
whose pai

The first room in Winguard Palatiále is an enormous foyer with an intricate twisting staircase that lead up to the top floor of the visitors' area. I could at see at least three upper levels that the staircase climbed up to. The staircase spiraled around a centrally located fountain that was constantly erupting with a towering shaft of water. The geyser met the ceiling at a small hole in such a way that it seemed the water was actually being poured into t

Mr. Armen seemingly bares no pestilence toward me. I usually don't have much respect toward shady types like himself and his shipmates; however, he seems to be more eloquent than his peers. As I've very limited contact with anyone, I can only catch his mannerisms through the floor above me when there's a disturbance on one of the upper decks, there being only a thick row of planks between me and the room above me. I can tell when Mr. Armen says something because i

Couldn't sleep. I'm guessing that it's the same day that I wrote my last entry. It doesn't feel like it's been more than a few hours. There are no windows here. It's quite depressing. I have to ask someone what day it is or if it's even daylight out. Sometimes the lantern burns out as well. A single lantern lights my vision! If I weren't accustomed to low-light situations, I wouldn't even be able to continue this journal.
I don't believe I've disclosed the exact situation that I'm currently in, h

Entry #6 – The Tenth of November in the Year Sixteen Hundred and Ninety-seven
My dreams as of late aren't pleasant. There was actually a time for a while where I wasn't even remembering my dreams, and I thought that the lack thereof was depressing. Now I wish that I didn't have dreams.
The one I mentioned before, about the ship and the people on board, the man with the flaming sword and the others, that was when I still had pleasant dreams. My current situation does not permit much sleep, and when I do sleep, I'm not certain how long it's been
